Date tt I wrote this : 14th September 2006
Yesterday was my cousin, Yen Shan aka Faith wedding. Then I almost cry a few times and I don’t noe y. but I ‘ren’ and ‘ren’. They invite us for the reception and then dinner. During the reception, we when there in time and then there were many ppl and mostly my cousin and cousin-in-law, Mark, friends or bosses. There were about 6 children not including me. But all I don’t think they noe each other. My bro, two other younger cousins, Kenny and Wayne Chia were play with each other happily. Then I jus sit there and do nothing as my other cousins are the older but then not really easy to tok to compare to my father side. Then Wayne, the youngest among all my cousin were so funny as in he is not really ‘dong shi’. Then he called Mark’s mother aka Mrs Seow (my last time tuition teacher ) lion king and her hair is like popping out and all her sister also had the same kinda hair. Haha. Luckily they did not heard.
They we saw there pic when they were young, blah blah blah as wad all wedding had. Then Mark side had lots of relatives and they all came but my only had a few like about 10 I think as some of them were busy and unable to come for the reception. Then the pastor (I think is wrong sp) kept on teasing Mark and then it was really funny. Then I don’t noe y my tears almost came out from my eyes but then I pretended tt I was tired and then yarned. When they kissed, my grandmother was like, “aiyo, hao bu ya guan”
After tt, we had to go to Raffles Hotel in Ballroom 3. then my mother made me wear a blue skirt tt is above my knee and not really short and a singlet like top but then it is tight fitting on and then she sew on some design tt is really nice. Oh ya, she also made me put on a scarf and then bring her handbag to put her things as her bag is too small. Then she also put on make up for me but then it is not really obvious as she did not do tt ‘kua zhang’ kind one lar.
Then they had a cocktail reception and then blah blah blah. Tt time, it was so dam sian and then I jus look at the outside view and counted the cars on the road. Finally, it was the dinner time and then the place there was very nice. It was said tt that place is were my 2nd uncle and aunt had there wedding at the same place. Then they show some slide tt was shown during the reception and then some more about wad had happen the whole day. I was like huh as I was really hungry and then I was really looking forward for the food. Finally, at 9pm, the food came and then all was my fave food as all of it were seafood. The most of them did not wanna eat the tentacles and then I ate all of it was I love tentacles. Then after all the dish was served, my fave is the mango puddings with other fruits…so dam nice but then my bro ate two bowls of it….no fair!!! The whole thing was boring but jux for the food, it is worth it!!!!
